The Young Bucks will face Sting & Darby Allein at AEW Revoution in todays Wrestling news
Sting’s final match has been officially set up.
The final match of Sting is now set.
He and Darby allin will defend AEW Tag Team Titles against The Young Bucks in North Carolina on March 3, at the Greensboro Coliseum. Allin accepted Sting’s challenge after he saved Tony Schiavone from an attack by Nicholas and Matthew on Wednesday’s Dynamite.
Allin told The Young Bucks their original mission statement, when founding AEW, was to change the world. But after they resigned with AEW all they talked about were the money and the travel schedule. He said that The Young Bucks didn’t know what they were getting themselves into because Sting has nothing to loose.
The Young Bucks, who returned to AEW last month after a leave of absent, have since emphasized the role of EVPs, and prefer to be called by their full names, Nicholas and Matthew Jackson. Last week, on Dynamite they brutally attacked Sting, Darby Allin and left them in a bloody mess. They continued to wear the blood-soaked suits on this week’s episode as they defeated Top Flight.
Here is the updated lineup for Revolution:
- Sting’s retirement match: Sting & Darby Allin vs. The Young Bucks
- AEW World Championship: Samoa Joe defends against Hangman Page and Swerve Strickland
- AEW International Championship: Orange Cassidy defends against Roderick Strong
- AEW Women’s Championship: Toni Storm vs. Deonna Purrazzo
