This Friday night, SmackDown will feature a grudge match between Bayley Stratton and Tiffany Stratton.
WWE announced the matchup in a video posted this afternoon by SmackDown general manager Nick Aldis. Bayley returned to WWE last week for the first since she lost the WWE Women’s Championship at SummerSlam to Nia Jax. Stratton, who held the Money in the Bank briefcase for women, distracted Bayley in that match.
Bayley returned to SmackDown last Friday from Berlin and helped Michin even out the odds, after Stratton became involved in a Jax vs. Michin fight for the WWE Women’s Championship. Jax retained her title despite Bayley chasing Stratton.
This Friday, SmackDown will be held at Rogers Place, Edmonton, Alberta. This is the last episode that will air on Fox, before SmackDown moves over to USA Network on September 13.
