WWE SmackDown adds two new matches in todays Wrestling news
WWE has added two new matches to tonight’s SmackDown.
Tonight, Bloodline brothers Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa team up to take on The Street Profits. The episode will also feature a singles match between Andrade and Apollo Crews.
This is Loa’s first match after joining The Bloodline. Originally, it was announced that Loa and Solo Sikoa were going to face The Street Profits in last week’s SmackDown. However, there was a backstage segment where Paul Heyman said customs wouldn’t allow Loa entry into the country. Heyman told Sikoa that there was a reason dangerous people like Loa, Tonga, and others weren’t allowed to enter The Bloodline in the past.
The Street Profits, in the storyline, are out to avenge themselves after The Bloodline slapped them down three weeks ago. Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford also want to position themselves so they can challenge Grayson Waller and Austin Theory for the WWE Tag Team Titles. Ford pinned Waller last week in a six man tag match.
Andrade and Crews compete on SmackDown in their first match since joining the WWE brand through the WWE Draft. A video was aired last week hyping the fact that Andrade will be joining SmackDown in the near future. Legado Del Fantasma debated if Andrade would be an asset or an enemy.
MVP Arena in Albany, New York is the venue for tonight’s show. Here’s the updated lineup:

- Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes appears
- Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa vs. The Street Profits
- Andrade vs. Apollo Crews
