Two matches have been confirmed, and a challenge has been made for a no-DQ match on the WWE NXT episode of July 23.
Next week, Lexis King and Eddy Thorpe will face off in a one-on-one match. The match was set by an angle in this week’s show where King crashed a party where Thorpe was DJing.
Ashante Adonis, Meta-Four’s Oro Mensah and Ashante Adonis are also confirmed for the show on Tuesday, July 23, in singles competition. Adonis, who joined the NXT roster with tag team partner Cedric Alexander last week, was confronted this week by Mensah during a backstage segment after Adonis had been spotted talking to Lash legend and Jakara jackson.
In the final segment of this week’s show, a challenge was also presented for a match with no DQ.
Brooks Jensen, who returned to in-ring action on this week’s NXT show, challenged his former tag-team partner Josh Briggs to a no-DQ match next week.
