WWE NXT: Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson appear in todays Wrestling news
The two men said they wanted to be NXT Tag Team champions.
NXT has both Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.
Gallows, Anderson, and Riley Osborne arrived at the ringside after Chase U defeated Axiom & Nathan Frazer on Tuesday to become the new number 1 contenders for the Tag Team Titles. In an interview, Karl Anderson stated that they will remain in NXT for as long as they wish. Gallows said that they’ll win NXT Tag Team Titles with the same old formula: their finisher, magic killer.
Since their return to WWE 2022, Gallows & Anderson have largely aligned themselves with AJ Styles. They have reformed The OC. Styles, who returned to WWE after an injury angle in December, became distant from his stablemates. He even came close to fighting with Anderson on SmackDown.
Last week, Bron Breakker & Baron Corbin beat Stacks & Tony D’Angelo to win the NXT Tag Team Titles. On Tuesday’s show both Frazer & Axiom and Chase U made their claims to the next contenders in a title match. Corbin & Breakker let the two teams settle their differences and a match between the number one contenders was scheduled for later in the night.
