WWE NXT to host more matches than the number one contender’s bout in todays Wrestling news
WWE NXT’s May 21 edition will feature a number one contender’s match, more Battleground qualifiers, and a women’s tag team battle.
The Battleground North American title challenger will be decided by a triple threat number one match next week. Wes Lee, Josh Briggs and Ivar will compete for the right to face Femi.
Next week, two more matches will be played to determine the first ever Women’s North American Champion. Jaida Parker will face Brinley Reece and Thea Hail will face Fallon Henley.
Next week, the feud between Natalya Vice and Karmen Petrovic will continue as Natalya teams up with Shayna baszler to take on Vice.
The announced lineup for the Tuesday, May 21 WWE NXT show:
- Men’s North American Championship number one contender’s match: Wes Lee vs. Ivar vs. Josh Briggs
- Women’s North American Championship six-pack ladder match qualifier: Jaida Parker vs. Brinley Reece
- Women’s North American Championship six-pack ladder match qualifier: Thea Hail vs. Fallon Henley
- Natalya & Karmen Petrovic vs. Shayna Baszler & Lola Vice
