On Tuesday, December 12, a trademark application was filed for the name.
A faction within NXT is now known by a new name.
The No Quarter Catch Crew is the group that includes Drew Gulak and Charlie Dempsey. Myles Borne and Damon Kemp are also part of this group.
WWE trademarked the name of the group on Tuesday, 12 December through Lauren A. Dienes Middlen, the company’s attorney.
The trademark is used for:
Entertainment services, including wrestling exhibitions and performances, by a professional wrestler or entertainer, rendered through broadcast media, including television and radio; providing wrestling news and info via a global computer system; providing information on sports and entertainment via a community portal online; providing a web site in the area of sports information entertainment; fan club services, such as organizing sporting events within the wrestling field for wrestling fans club members; organizing social events for entertainment purposes for members of wrestling fan clubs; providing online newsletters for sports entertainment; blogs in the sports entertainment
Gulak, Dempsey Kemp and Borne faced the new NXT North American champion Dragon Lee in the rear on Tuesday’s episode. Lee has agreed to defend his title next week against a No Quarter Catch Crew Member, but the group has not revealed which member it will be. The WWE Performance Center in Orlando will tape the show for next Tuesday tonight. Talent will have a week off from December 29 to 26.
