WWE has signed another former talent to an Legends deal.
Jacqueline is now the latest to announce that she has signed a licensing contract and merchandising agreement with the company. Her official social media accounts announced the news on Friday.
WWE Legends contracts – also known as “WWE Nostalgia deals” – allow WWE to use the talent’s likeness on merchandise, video games, and live events. They also allow them to appear on television or at live events. The talent is still free to work elsewhere.
Jacqueline has joined Victoria, Brian Pillman’s estate, The Headbangers’, Hulk Hogan’s estate Mick Foley, The Godfather and The Dudley Boyz in signing similar agreements. Jesse Ventura has also stated that he’s “on the brink” of signing.
Jacqueline is two-time WWE Women’s Champion. She was inducted into WWE Hall of Fame class of 2016. She made her debut in the promotion in 1998. She sided with Marc Mero during his feud with Sable. She was also a trainer for the first season Tough Enough.
