Next month, the MLW World Heavyweight Championship will be decided by a clash between legends from NJPW and CMLL.
Satoshi Kojima defends his World Heavyweight Championship against CMLL Ultimo Guerrero on Friday, October 4, at MLW Slaughterhouse. The show will be broadcast live on MLW YouTube from The Coliseum, St. Petersburg in Florida.
Kojima holds the MLW World Title for more than seven months. He defended his title against Mads Krugger this past weekend at MLW Fightland, but the match was disqualified after Contra Unit interfered. Krugger also threw a flameball at Kojima. Matt Riddle and AKIRA saved Kojima in a post-match angle.
Kojima celebrated Fightland’s Fightland on his 54th Birthday.
Ultimo Guerrero (52), has only wrestled once for MLW, losing to Atlantis Jr. back in May. MLW released a video of him calling out Kojima in this title match on Sunday.
