Jordynne grace will defend her TNA Knockouts World Championship against a member of the WWE NXT team.
TNA confirmed that Grace would defend her Knockouts championship against Wendy Choo this Friday at Victory Road. This follows an angle that aired on NXT yesterday. The show will be held in San Antonio, Texas, and air live on TNA+.
Grace faced Sol Ruca in a Knockouts Open Challenge on Tuesday’s NXT. The match ended as a no contest after Choo and Rosemary interrupted it. The lights went off, Rosemary confronted Grace and Choo attacked Grace behind.
TNA then posted a promo today from Grace announcing her Victory Road match against Choo.
Grace said, “I’ve been clear since I won the title that I am willing to defend it to any and all challenges. But some people can’t wait to get their turn.” “Wendy Choo it’s clear that you want to be the champion — and I will give you that opportunity.” This Friday, at Victory Road.
