Von Wagner is reportedly no longer with WWE.
Fightful Select reports that Wagner, along with Jinder Mahl, Xi Li, Xyon Quinn, Veer, and Sanga, was released last weekend. He had been working with the company since 2019.
Sean Ross Sapp wrote to X Monday that he had learned that Von Wagner was also a member of the WWE releases from last week.
Wagner’s final match was a defeat to Lexis King in the NXT episode of April 2.
Wagner, whose real name is Calvin Bloom, is the son Wayne Bloom, who wrestled for WWE as Beau Beverly, the Beverly Brothers, from 1991 to 1993. Wagner played football at the University of Central Florida prior to his wrestling career. He was a tight end for the UCF Knights between 2012 and 2016. Wagner’s father, Ken Kennedy and 1981 WON Rookie-of-the-Year Brad Rheingans trained him after his college football career.
