The Undertaker is open to future WWE appearances, like the one at WrestleMania.
Undertaker helped Cody Rhodes to avoid interference from The Bloodline in the night 2 main event of WrestleMania in April. He laid The Rock out with a chokeslam which allowed Rhodes to win the Undisputed WWE Championship by defeating Roman Reigns.
During a recent appearance on Insight With Chris Van Vliet he was asked if his WrestleMania comeo made him feel like wrestling again. Undertaker said he is retired and won’t be having another match. He’s not ruling out a cameo if WWE needs him.
“Yeah I could do that.” He said he couldn’t wrestle to the level he wanted. “But, yeah, there are certain things that I feel like I wouldn’t be able do. After I had done it [the WrestleMania appearance], I returned and was like, “I’m good now.” I don’t have to do this again.
Undertaker’s last match took place at WrestleMania, where he beat AJ Styles with a Boneyard Match. In the years that followed, he struggled to accept his retirement. But the WrestleMania appearance gave him the closure he was looking for.
Since retiring, Undertaker started his own podcast. He has also performed a one-man performance in the United States as well as internationally.
Undertaker will be inducted into WWE Hall of Fame 2022.
