Undertaker: Bray Wyatt is the logical choice for breaking WWE WrestleMania streak in todays Wrestling news
In a recent video, Taker discussed other possible candidates who could have ended the streak.
Undertaker believes Bray Wyatt was the logical choice for him to end his undefeated streak during WrestleMania.
Taker was asked during a Q&A he published on his Patreon page on Thursday who else could’ve ended it if Brock Lesnar hadn’t won WrestleMania 30, but he didn’t answer. Taker has said that Roman Reigns would have been able to do it, but in the video today he talked about how it could have meant more for Wyatt’s future.
Taker said:
Bray Wyatt would have been the most logical choice if it hadn’t been Roman. I think that of the three (Lesnar Reigns & Wyatt), this would have meant more for his career than Roman’s. It would have meant a lot to Roman but it would also have been a great accomplishment for Bray. There were so many similarities between the characters, the darkness, and the different things. For him to have broken it would be a feather in the cap and could have extended Undertaker’s character in a new capacity. Bray would be in the ring, but I believe that these characters would have merged into some sort of higher power deal. Bray, to me, would have been one of the most important people.
Taker was announced as the narrator of Wyatt’s upcoming documentary earlier this month. Bray Wyatt – Becoming Immortal will premiere on Peacock starting April 1.
Taker continued his discussion about his second WrestleMania defeat at WrestleMania. He said that he wasn’t sure if Reigns was helped by the win at the time.
Taker continued:
It hurt him because they were forcing him down the throats of people at that point. It was like ‘You are forcing this guy down our throats, we’re still not ready to accept’, and he is going to beat the most loved guys in history.
Later, he added:
I hope it helped him. Only two people have ever beaten the Undertaker in WrestleMania.
