Tyler Bate has been ruled out of action.
Michael Cole, commentating on Raw, said that Bate would “be out of action for a while.” He explained that Bate had been injured in the NXT episode on July 2, where New Catch Republic beat Hank Walker and Tank Ledger.
Pete Dunne lost to Bronson in a singles match on Raw. Reed continued to attack Dunne after the match until Sheamus intervened. Sheamus tried to hug Dunne but he pushed Sheamus aside. Commentators pointed out that Sheamus was the one who left the Brawling Brutes and left Dunne, Ridge Holland alone.
New Catch Republic was drafted by WWE to Raw as part of the Draft this year. The team has rarely appeared on the brand since May’s fatal four-way match. They have worked for NXT instead. The team had lost a tag-team turmoil match on NXT. They were the last team eliminated by eventual NXT winners Chase U.
