Two titles matches for ROH Supercard of Honor are now official in todays Wrestling news
The ROH World & Women’s titles will be defended April 5.
ROH Supercard of Honor has officially announced two title matches.
Supercard of Honor, which takes place on Friday, April 5, in Philadelphia, will feature the ROH World title, as well as the World Women’s Title, as announced on Thursday’s Ring of Honor TV.
ROH World Championship Eddie Kingston will defend the title on the show against Mark Briscoe. Kingston announced Briscoe’s challenger in a promo during Thursday’s episode, saying that Briscoe had deserved to be given a chance for a very long time.
Kingston has been defending his ROH title in the Continental Crown. However, it appears that the three titles will be defended individually. Kingston will defend the AEW continental championship against Kazuchika Ohada at Dynamite in Toronto on April 5, while the ROH title match is now set for next week.
Hikaru Shida, the ROH Women’s World Champion, will also defend her title against Athena on April 5. Shida appeared Thursday on Ring of Honor TV in response to an open challenge by Athena.
