Stephanie attended WrestleMania and the WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony.
Stephanie McMahon made her first WWE appearance since January 2023.
Stephanie was shown at the WWE Hall of Fame on Friday and night two of WrestleMania, which took place on Sunday. Stephanie made her first on-camera debut since she resigned, even though she attended a few shows afterward.
Paul “Triple H’ Levesque told the press at the post-WrestleMania conference that it was wonderful to have his wife back “home” in WWE. He hopes Stephanie understands that she belongs to WWE as much as anyone else on the planet.
“Goddamn, my wife looked great, right?” Levesque said, “She hadn’t lost her step.” “It’s so great to have her home again. I bring her home every time, but it’s great to have her here. To see her confidence return and the doubts leave her, after being here for a few days. All of us, you, and all this work – it’s all her home. She belongs here as much as anyone on the planet. She knows it now, hopefully. “I’m so happy to see her back.”
WWE has not announced if Stephanie has returned to the company in an official capacity.
Stephanie McMahon resigned from WWE in January of 2023 after her father Vince McMahon regained control in the company. Stephanie served as WWE’s co-CEO and chairwoman following Vince’s retirement from the company in July 2022.
Vince resigned as CEO of TKO Group Holdings and WWE in January after allegations of sexual abuse were made against him by former WWE employee Janel grant’s lawsuit.
Vince has never been involved in WrestleMania before. Stephanie called Sunday’s WrestleMania the first of the “Paul Levesque Era” when she opened the night.
Levesque rejected “Paul Levesque Era”, the term, at the press conference following the show.
“It’s not my era, it’s our era,” Levesque said. “When I use the word our, I am referring to everyone in WWE. The people who endured. The people who hung on. The people who trusted. The people who, over the past year [or] whatever, sweat and tears were shed to get us where we are.”
