Trevor Lee, the former Cameron Grimes of WWE, is coming soon to MLW.
The promotion announced today that Lee will make his MLW debut at Slaughterhouse 2024. The event will take place at the Coliseum, St. Petersburg, Florida, on Friday, Oct. 4. Lee’s opponent has not yet been announced.
Lee, 30, was released from his WWE contract in April. He was released around the time that Jinder Mahal and Xia li, Veer, Sanga, Xyon qinn, Von Wagner, were also let go from the company. Lee was a success in NXT while with WWE, but he never had a prominent role after being promoted to the main roster. Since his release, he has been competing in the independent scene and is still a Free Agent.
Donovan Dijak, a former WWE wrestler, has also recently joined MLW. Dijak left WWE in June after his contract was not extended.
Slaughterhouse 2020 has not yet been officially announced. The show will be broadcast live on MLW YouTube.
