There is still no timeline for Jamie Hayter to return to the ring.
The former AEW Women’s World Champion is out of action for more than a full year due to an injury. Hayter’s last match was at Double or Nothing, where she lost the Women’s World Title to Toni Storm. Hayter was injured in her shoulder when she entered the pay-per view and the match ended early.
Tony Khan told Uproxx that Hayter’s return date is “still pending.” Tony Khan would love to see Hayter and Britt back in good health.
“Dr. Britt Baker, one of our original stars, has been injured for a long time. Britt is someone I’m eager to have back. She’s someone who’s been a part of AEW since the beginning. Khan said, “We’d love her to be back in the mix as soon as possible.”
“Her longtime friend and former AEW Women’s World Champion Jamie Hayter was also out for a prolonged period of time due to injury. Jamie Hayter’s schedule is still pending. I think Jamie Hayter returning to AEW would make a great difference. “I would love to see Jamie Hayter working in AEW whenever she is healthy and capable.
Hayter’s injury forced her to miss All In in 2023 in England. It’s still unclear if she will be back for All In 2024 in August.
Baker hasn’t wrestled in September of last Year.
