Toni Storm is a contender to win the IWGP Women’s Championship in a month.
Storm will face Mayu Iwatani in a title fight at Stardom Nagoya Golden Fight, which takes place on October 5, at the Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium of Nagoya.
She appeared via video today at Stardom’s Namba Grand Fight, Osaka after Iwatani & Hanan beat AZM & Miyu Amaysaki.

Iwatani holds the IWGP Women’s Championship after she defeated Mercedes Mone at All-Star Grand Queendom in April 2023. Iwataini successfully defended the belt in the 500 days that she has held it. She has fought against Utami Haashishita and Stephanie Vaquer.
