The TNA+ App will relaunch on Friday, January 5th.
TNA Wrestling, Endeavor Streaming and TNA+ are partnering up to relaunch the promotion’s TNA+ service.
Today, TNA Wrestling announced that Endeavor Streaming has signed a multi-year agreement to power the TNA+ App. It launches on January 5, 2019.
TNA announced that the app will be relaunching soon with a new dynamic design, expanded options and enhanced functionality. The service will have two price tiers. The “Special Attractions” tier costs $9.99 per month, or $95.99 annually. It includes access to all TNA/Impact Wrestling events and the entire TNA/Impact Wrestling archive. The “World Championships” tier costs $219.99 annually and includes all of these benefits, as well as TNA’s four major pay-per view events.
Impact Plus was priced at $7.99 per monthly or $71.99 annually. There was only one tier that did not include PPVs.
The TNA+ app relaunches with a new dynamic look and expanded options, in addition to reclaiming its iconic TNA moniker. The app gives fans the power to control their experience. They can stream TNA’s flagship weekly show, tune into exciting pay per view events, view TNA’s archive, get exclusive content and wrestler created series, and interact with some TNA’s biggest stars.
TNA+ is available on TNAWrestling.com and via mobile apps for iOS, tvOS, and Android, as well as large screen devices like Android TV, Fire TV, and Roku. More platforms will follow. Subscribers can choose between a PPV membership tier called ‘Special Attraction,’ which includes access to all TNA+ programming, except for the 4-tent-pole annual events, at a cost of $9.99 per month or $95.99 annually, and a PPV membership tier called ‘World Championship,’ which includes the 4-tent-pole PPV events at a cost of $219.99 a year. TNAwrestling.com has more information and subscription details for the new service.
Impact Wrestling will rebrand to TNA in January 2024. The name change will officially take effect on Saturday, January 13, with the Hard to Kill PPV.
In a press statement, TNA President Scott D’Amore stated that this was a “truly incredible opportunity” as TNA embarked on a new chapter in its legacy. “We are proud of our partnership with Endeavor Streaming and look forward to providing our fans with the best in classic and exclusive professional wrestler content, available anywhere, anytime on their favorite devices when TNA+ launches January 5.
Pete Bellamy, Endeavor Streaming’s Chief Commercial Officer, said: “Wrestling is a sport that has passionate fans. TNA+ will help TNA to build a stronger relationship with their global audience. “We look forward to working with TNA in order to deliver the best possible streaming experience for wrestling enthusiasts.”
