TNA Wrestling announced a change in one of the matches at Victory Road 2024.
On tonight’s TNA+ Special, Alisha Edis & Masha Slavich were to defend their Knockouts Tag Team title against Dani Luna and J. Threat. Edwards, however, has been removed from the show because she was not cleared to compete. TNA announced that Tasha Steelz will take Edwards’ spot in the match.
If Luna & Threat lose the title match, they will be forced to disband as a team. Luna & Threat had been the Knockouts Tag Champs until Edwards & Slamovich snatched the belts from them this May.
Edwards was pulled from the show tonight after she was knocked out in a match two weeks ago at TNA Emergence.
Victory Road will be held in San Antonio, Texas this evening. The main card starts at 8 pm Eastern time.
