Three Continental Classic matches are confirmed for the AEW Dynamite Holiday Bash in todays Wrestling news
The Gold League finalists are determined on Wednesday’s episode.
Dynamite’s Holiday Bash will decide the AEW Continental Gold League finalists on Wednesday.
During Friday’s Rampage, Dynamite announced three Gold League bouts. Swerve Strickland will face Rush (6 point), while Jon Moxley (12) will take on Jay White (9). Mark Briscoe (0) will take on Jay Lethal (0).
Briscoe and Lethal are no longer in contention for the top Gold League spots.
The Gold League Finals will be held at New Year’s Smashdynamite on Saturday, December 27. The two wrestlers who have the highest points totals after this week’s matches are going to meet.
The Gold League champion will face the Blue League champ at Worlds End, on Saturday, December 30, to crown the inaugural AEW Continental Champion. This triple crown title is comprised of ROH World Championships, NJPW Strong Openweight Championships, and the Continental Classic Champion.
