The WWE NXT era will begin on The CW in just a few short months, and the network is already spreading the word.
The network released its first social media ad for the impending arrival on Saturday. It featured several key young NXT actors like Trick Williams and Roxanne Perez. Kelani Jordan was also featured. It’s a 30-second ad with lots of moves.
The five-year contract was announced in November last year. TKO’s Ari Emanuel told investors that it was a 70% rise over the previous contract, which was estimated to be between $20 and $25 million annually.
SmackDown, which has been on Fox for years, will be moving to USA in September. Raw will follow in January 2025.
