Tay Melo has been cleared to return to ring.
On Sammy Guevara’s vlog they were both at Wembley Stadium, watching All In. Melo mentioned that she wanted to wrestle while they were talking. Guevara inquired if it was soon. Melo responded that Tony Khan would have to decide, but she is ready.
She said, holding Luna, “I’m clear though, I’m clear.” “Mama’s cleared. “Just got cleared.”
Melo hasn’t wrestled since March 2023. She announced shortly after that she was pregnant at Double or Nothing and gave birth to Luna in the fall. Both Guevara Melo have been training for their return in recent months.
Guevara, who was suspended in February, returned to AEW on the 1st of August during the episode of Ring of Honor. He saved Dustin Rhodes from The Dark Order. On the August 17 AEW collision, the two formed a team and defeated Matt Taven & Mike Bennett to win the Ring of Honor Tag Team Titles.
