“Stone Cold Steve Austin” would be happy to make an appearance at WrestleMania if WWE had a good idea for him.
Austin reiterated comments he made in the past, telling Fox News Digital he is open to appearing at WrestleMania 42. The event will be held in Nevada. Austin lives on a farm south of Reno. Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas, will host WrestleMania 42 on Saturday, April 19, and Sunday, Apr 20, 2025.
Austin told Fox News Digital that he would be happy to participate in the event if WWE reached out to him and asked, “Hey, you might want to do something?”
Austin’s first appearance at WrestleMania would be in 2022, when he came out of retirement to face Kevin Owens. Austin wrestled for the first time in 19 years.
The 59-year old Austin told Fox News Digital he is “totally realistic” and believes pro wrestling is the sport of young men.
Austin said, “They have such a great roster of stars these days that it won’t be a problem to fill two nights worth of entertainment.” “But if i got out there, did something positive, that worked for the company, and what they wanted to do, it satisfied a large crowd, i’d be happy.”
