Ryusuke taguchi is pulled from NJPW due to injuries sustained in a bicycle accident in todays Wrestling news
He’ll be missing shows from April 20 to May 4.
RyusukeTaguchi, a veteran of the NJPW, has been pulled out of upcoming shows because he sustained injuries in a bicycle crash.
Taguchi was also injured in his neck. He suffered injuries to his hands, knees, and face. Taguchi will no longer compete at NJPW events from April 20 to May 4. The majority of these shows are part of the Road to Wrestling Dontaku Tour. Taguchi will also miss Wrestling Satsuma no Kuni, and both nights of Wrestling Dontaku.
NJPW’s announcement contained the following statement by Taguchi.
Hello to my 69 fans in Japan. Due to my concussion I can’t recall the exact accident, but I fell off my bike while swerving in order to avoid a puppy. I will rest and recover, and be better than ever.
At the shows he’s missing, Taguchi will be replaced in his matches by:
- April 20 & April 22: Shoma Kato
- April 23: Katsuya Murashima
- April 25 & April 26: Hiroyoshi Tenzan
- April 29: Tomoaki Honma
- April 30: Katsuya Murahshima
- May 1: Shoma Kato
- May 3 & 4: Tiger Mask
Taguchi will be taking part in the Best of the Super Juniors Tournament, which begins on May 11, this year. Taguchi has played in the tournament 20 times and won it one time.
