Rhio has been injured.
On Sunday, the AEW superstar revealed on Instagram that her arm had fractured. She had wrestled Lady Frost the day before on Saturday’s AEW collision.
She wrote “I just broke my arm, but I’m doing well” in the caption.
It was her first match since March when she lost to Willow Nightingale in the AEW Women’s Championship at AEW BIG Business. She revealed that she is renewing her visa after that show.
When she returned at the end last month, Serena Deeb was there to confront her after Deeb had dared someone of her level to challenge Serena. Since then, Collision has featured the rivalry. Deeb and Riho previously faced off in the pre-show at Double or Nothing 2020, where Deeb won the NWA Women’s Championship.
Riho, who has been with AEW since its inception is the first ever AEW Women’s champion. She last competed for the title at World’s End and lost to current champion Toni Storm.
