Kenny King has reportedly left Impact Wrestling.

Fightful Select reported Thursday that King had asked for his release from the company and it was granted “this week”. His most recent stint with the company dates to last year when he was part of the Honor No More stable. In September, he lost a title-vs.-career match against Tommy Dreamer, where Dreamer won the Digital Media Championship. In October, he and Sheldon Jean were defeated by Ace Austin and Chris Bey in his last match with the company.

King has spent the majority of his career switching between Ring of Honor, Impact Wrestling and other wrestling promotions. After spending three years in Impact Wrestling from 2012 to 2015, King returned to Ring of Honor where he won two ROH Tag Team titles and twice the ROH Television title. He was a member of La Faccion Ingobernable, along with Rush, Dragon Lee and Bestia del Ring, towards the end of his ROH run.

King and a group of former ROH stars returned to Impact Wrestling when ROH went on a hiatus in 2021. In July, King defeated Joe Hendry and won the Digital Media title.
