NJPW reveals Resurgence full card in todays Wrestling news
The show will be held on May 11, in California.
The complete card for NJPW Resurgence is now set.
New Japan Pro Wrestling has released the full card of their May 11 event at Ontario, California. Jack Perry will be returning to the ring with the House of Torture, Ren Narita and EVIL, as they take on the DKC, Rocky Romero and Tomohiro Ishii. Perry spent the last few month working in NJPW with HoT. He returned to AEW TV recently as part of a brand new version of The Elite.
A title match for the Openweight division between Shingo Takagi vs Yuya Uemura has also been added. Lio Rush will be making his return in the kickoff show as he takes on Mustafa Ali.
Below is the lineup for Saturday’s Resurgence show. The event will be aired as a pay per view on NJPW World, at 9:30 pm Eastern time.
- IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Jon Moxley (or Ren Narita) defends against Shota Umino
- NJPW Strong Openweight Champion Eddie Kingston defends against Gabe Kidd in a No Ropes Last Man Standing match
- NJPW Strong Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer defends against Alex Windsor
- NJPW World Television title: Jeff Cobb defends against Lance Archer
- Tetsuya Naito & Yota Tsuji vs. KENTA & David Finlay
- Tom Lawlor & Fred Rosser vs. Jorel Nelson & Royce Isaacs
- Matt Vandagriff vs. Adrian Quest
