Stephanie McMahon was also revealed as “WWE Corporate officer No. 3.” 3.”

The identities of several “WWE corporate officers” listed in Janel Grant’s lawsuit against Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis have been revealed.

WWE President Nick Khan is identified as Corporate Officer Number 1. Front Office Sports published a report stating that the suit was filed by Corporate Officer No. 1. Brad Blum, the COO of the company, is the employee who is referred to as Corporate officer No. 2.

Corporate Officer No. 3 Stephanie McMahon is listed as number 3 in the suit. WWE Corporate Officer No. Brian Nurse, former head of WWE’s legal department and number 4 on the list, has been revealed as the defendant.

Khan & Blum are not accused of sexual abuse, but the lawsuit alleges that they helped cover up Grant’s exploitation, which makes WWE liable. Stephanie & Nurse are only mentioned in passing in the lawsuit and are not accused of any crimes.

Grant sued former WWE CEO & TKO executive chairman Vince McMahon and former WWE Head Of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis as well as WWE in January, accusing McMahon and Laurinaitis sexual abuse, physical and emotional abuse and some of the alleged crimes occurring on WWE property.

A WWE spokesperson issued the following statement regarding Khan & Blum to FOS:

WWE takes Ms. Grant’s allegations seriously and does not tolerate any physical abuse or unwanted contact.

Nick Khan and Brad Blum were not aware, prior to the lawsuit filed on January 25th, 2024, of any allegations made by Ms. Grant claiming that she had been the victim of abuse or unwanted contact. The complaint does not allege that they knew of such a claim.

Ann Callis, Grant’s lawyer, confirmed that Khan and Blum were the two individuals mentioned in the lawsuit. She said, “I can confirm these names are correct.”

The suit does accuse Blum and Khan of knowing the alleged sexual abuses or degrading actions. The suit does claim that they were aware of the nature of her work with the company.

Grant’s lawsuit states that Khan told her “I know who you are” when she introduced herself. Her suit claims that Khan’s knowing her is unusual unless he knew about the ongoing exploitation.

Blum was the one who got Grant a job with WWE. He later transferred her into the Talent Relations Department to work under John Laurinaitis. He also gave her an increase in salary of $200,000 by 2021.

The lawsuit also alleges that both Blum and Khan were implicated in the negotiation of Grant’s NDA.

Stephanie does not appear in the lawsuit much, but it is implied that she was aware of other instances where her father engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct. Stephanie once motioned Grant to sit beside her at a board meeting.

Grant’s lawsuit alleges that McMahon said he told her he had ordered Nurse to offer her a position. The suit also states that Nurse was friendly to other colleagues but cold towards her.
