Nick Comoroto, AEW/ROH wrestler, will be out of commission until the end of this year.
Comoroto revealed in a tweet he had recently undergone hip resurfacing surgery. He said that he had been wrestling on one leg for almost two years. Comoroto looks forward to returning to the ring by early 2025.
“Hey guys, my hip was just resurfaced recently,” he announced. “I had been wrestling on one leg for almost two years. It’s going to feel amazing to [be able] walk my dogs once again. I’ll be back in early 2025. #AEW #AEWDynamite #ROH”
This week, ROH TV aired a tag team match in which Daddy Magic & Cool Hand Ang defeated Comoroto & Jacob Watts. The match was taped back in July. Comoroto competed in a ROH taping that took place earlier this month.
Comoroto made his AEW debut in 2020, after being a part of WWE’s NXT developmental program. He was known as “Freak Beast” and trained at the Monster Factory. He was a member QT Marshall’s The Factory in AEW before the group disbanded.
