New ROH Tag Team Champions will be crowned at AEW Battle of the Belts XI in todays Wrestling news

The AEW Unified Trio Championship will no longer be unified as the new ROH Six Man Champions will be crowned on Saturday.

ROH announced on Thursday’s Ring of Honor TV that a title elimination match will take place during Friday’s Death Before Dishonor Pay-Per-View. Dustin Rhodes and Ross Von Erich will face Dark Order’s John Silver and Alex Reynolds. The winners of the match advance to Saturday’s Battle of the Belts XI to face three members of The Undisputed Kingdom in a battle for the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Titles.

The ROH Six-Man Championships were unified with AEW Trios Championships in April at Dynasty. But now, the titles will be split again.

Christian Cage, Nick Wayne and Killswitch, the Patriarchy trio, won the Unified Trios title on last week’s Collision, but will only be defending AEW Trios going forward.

The current lineup for AEW Battle of the Belts XI airing Saturday at 10 p.m. Eastern time on TNT immediately following Collision:

  • ROH Six-Man Tag Team Championship: Undisputed Kingdom (three of Matt Taven, Mike Bennett, Roderick Strong, Wardlow) vs. Dustin Rhodes & The Von Erichs/Dark Order winner
  • AEW Women’s World title eliminator: Toni Storm vs. Taya Valkyrie
