MLW returns to Atlanta for Fightland 2020 in todays Wrestling news
MLW announced a date for Atlanta after holding Battle Riot VI there.
MLW will return to Center Stage on September 14th for Fightland. The event will include a live streaming and matches recorded for MLW TV. Tickets will be available this Wednesday, June 5, at 10 am Eastern time.
Center Stage hosted Battle Riot VI on Saturday. Matt Riddle, who won the Battle Riot 40-man match at the event to earn a future MLW World Heavyweight Championship chance, was the winner of the match. Satoshi Kojima retained his title by defeating Tom Lawlor. MLW still hasn’t revealed when Riddle is going to get his title shot.
Battle Riot marked MLW’s Atlanta premiere.
MLW will now broadcast its special events, including Fightland, live on YouTube to those who have subscribed as a paid-member of the MLW YouTube Channel. The events were previously broadcast on TrillerTV+.
Fightland advertises Riddle, Kojima and Lawlor. Also, Alex Kane, Mistico (Mads, Minoru Suzuki, Janai Kai & Ikuro Kawon), Sami Callihan (Jake Crist), Delmi Exo Cesar Duran Salina de la renta, and Contra Unit.
