Mika Rotunda on Wyatt Sicks' debut:

After the Wyatt Sicks’ debut on Monday, Mika Rotunda said she was incredibly proud her brother Taylor Rotunda aka Uncle Howdy.

Mika posted on Instagram Tuesday about the segment. She said that her pulse increased, her eyes swelled, and that she felt “warmth” which can only be described by Windham Rotunda.

Mika wrote:

“Windham talked about hurting a lot in his character. He would describe pain and scenarios from real life as a way of hardening, inspiring or shaping his future. Through creativity and expression, he turned pain into something positive.

Taylor made his debut as Uncle Howdy without Windham last night. This was their vision, their dream. Their fairytale must come true. He carried it on his back. But most importantly, in his heart. As siblings, our bond has always been strong. My pulse increased as I watched the lights go out in the arena from my TV. My eyes filled up. I felt each ioata of his presence. Windham is what I felt, along with this warmth. I’m so proud of Taylor.

It is a personal and profound journey to honor the memory of Windham or loved ones while navigating through the grief process. Since 3:33pm, on August 24, our family has been on stage for the world to see. We will never forget or get over a moment that we, as a family, will never forget. But we must find a way to get through it.

How do you do that?

It’s my opinion that it’s part of our everyday lives. Even as we deal with the pain of their loss, we can celebrate their life and legacy.

Windham’s passion is story telling. He was the best story teller I ever knew. As we embrace the moments that are sad, there is a responsibility to uphold. To continue finding ways to express madness and genius.

It is a testimony from our family to the depth of his affection. And our love for her.

It can be a source for comfort and strength to uphold Windham’s tribute. We hurt. We heal.

We keep their spirit alive by doing so and we find comfort in the impact that they had on us.

Also, a huge, massive and amazing thank you to @robfee11, and @bakingjason, for the alchemy that they did behind the scenes. Unreal. You guys are!

Windham, Wish You Were Here
Love you more.

JoJo Offerman wrote a long tribute to her late spouse Wyatt Wyatt. She wrote to Bray on Father’s Day: “One of my favourite things about you is the incredible father you were. The kids will never forget this and I pray that one day they will be like you, and find someone who loves them as much as you do. Happy Father’s Day, my love. “Thank you for being such a great daddy. We miss you so much.”

The Wyatt Sicks will debut on Monday with Uncle Howdy, Nikki Cross (Bo Dallas/Taylor Rotunda), Joe Gacy and Dexter Lumis. Joe Gacy is also joined by Erick Rowan. Dallas hasn’t fought since late 2019. WWE released him in 2021, but he was re-signed to portray Uncle Howdy in late 2022. His brother Bray died on August 24, 2023 at the age 36. Dallas would later appear on the “Becoming immortal” documentary about his brother, and teased returning into the ring to continue Wyatt’s legacy.
