Logan Paul will compete in WWE SmackDown MITB Qualifying Match in todays Wrestling news

Next Friday, Logan Paul is set to wrestle on SmackDown only for the second time in his career.

WWE has announced that a Money in the Bank qualifier will take place on next week’s SmackDown at Madison Square Garden. The match will feature Paul vs. LA Knight and Santos Escobar. The episode will also feature two Money in the Bank qualifiers for women. The matches are Jade Cargill vs. Tiffany Stratton vs. Candice leRae, and Naomi vs. Blair Davenport vs. Indi hartwell.

Money in the Bank will take place on July 6. Jey Uso Carmelo Hayes and Andrade are the only men who have qualified so far for the ladder match. IYO SKY, Chelsea Green and Carmelo Hayes have qualified for the men’s ladder match.

Paul’s second consecutive year of competing in Money in the Bank would be if he were to qualify.

Paul and Knight are currently feuding, which will likely lead to Paul defending the United States title against Knight in August at SummerSlam.

Paul didn’t initially show up on SmackDown tonight when Knight called him. Escobar confronted Knight instead and tried to attack, but Knight hit Escobar in the BFT. Paul then launched an attack from the blindside on Knight, knocking him out.
