Kevin Nash claims that there is “no heat between him and LA Knight”.
Knight made fun of Nash in a WCW promo when he mistook adjectives for verbs.
Nash then criticized Knight again in his podcast the week following, saying:
“I’m twice in the Hall of Fame, both as Kevin Nash. I mean, he’s LA Knight. What the fuck is LA Knight?”
Nash was at WWE SummerSlam in early July and saw Knight defeat Logan Paul for the United States Championship. Nash stated on the latest episode Kliq This that the two spoke backstage at the event, and Knight seemed “a really nice person.”
Nash said
“LA Knight sat at the end of a table. I sat at the table behind and he turned and I said, ‘So are you finally going to go over tonight?” He replied, “Something like that.”
“He seemed to be a really nice person.” Nash continued, “There was no heat between the two of us.”
“Nobody is trying harm anyone in this business.” I didn’t want to take food from his table.
“Others have mocked his words in their TV promos, so I’d prefer to be the guy who is talked about rather than the guy who is not talked about. That’s how I see it.”
