Jinder Mahal to make first post-WWE appearances in todays Wrestling news
Jinder Mahal will return to the ring in a month.
Fightful reported on Wednesday that the former WWE champion will wrestle in Chicago at BLP Old Habits die Screaming on Saturday, July 26. Mahal will wrestle under the name “The Maharaja”, Raj Dhesi. His opponent is yet to be announced.
Mahal will also appear live at WrestleCade, in Winston-Salem North Carolina from November 29 to December 1, 2018.
Mahal, Veer, Sanga Xia LI, and Xyon Qinn were all released from WWE in April. Mahal posted on social media a video a week after his release saying that he still had “many goals” to achieve in wrestling.
What’s next for the Maharaja? I’ve been to this place before. The last time I was a child, but now I am a man. I will only act in the way I want. I will only do what I want. I will only do things that I want. I still have many dreams, many goals and many places I would like to go.
