Jeff Hardy is expected to return to TNA Wrestling in the near future.
PWInsider reported that Hardy will return to TNA Wrestling in the coming weekend. The promotion will have its Against All Odds Special this Friday night, and then a TV taping on the following Saturday. Both events will be held in Cicero Illinois.
In the main event, Jeff Hardy’s brother Matt Hardy will challenge Moose to the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. The special will be streamed live on TNA+.
Matt Hardy stated on his podcast that he thought Jeff’s AEW deal would expire “mid-June” or so. Jeff hasn’t fought since he suffered a broken chin while wrestling Sammy Guevara at AEW Rampage in February. He has been cleared to return after the injury.
Jeff’s return would be the first time he wrestled for TNA/Impact in 2017. He is a former World Champion of the company.
Matt Hardy returned in April to TNA after his AEW contract expired. Matt is a free agent who has not signed with TNA.
