Ivar is pulled from WWE Raw match versus Andrade in todays Wrestling news
Adam Pearce announced on Monday a change in the Raw lineup.
The lineup for tonight’s WWE Raw has changed.
Ivar has been removed as a competitor in the scheduled match between Andrade and Ivar on the show.
In a video WWE released today, Raw General manager Adam Pearce said that Ivar was “medically unable” to compete and Andrade would now wrestle Imperium’s Giovanni Vinci this evening.
Fightful Select reports that Ivar will be back soon, but specifics about his condition have not been disclosed.
Pearce says the following in the video:
Adam Pearce, Raw’s General Manager, is here. Tonight, live in Chicago from the Allstate Arena, we have some unfortunate news. In our industry, you may hear the phrase “card subject to change” on occasion. Today is one of those times.
Ivar is unable to compete due to medical reasons, so Andrade has to find a new opponent. Andrade’s new opponent is Imperium’s Giovanni Vinci.
The show will take place at the Allstate Arena, Rosemont, Illinois. The show marks CM Punk’s return to Chicago.
