Hard to Kill marks the debut of TNA’s Grizzled Young Veterans in todays Wrestling news
Zack Gibson and James Drake want to be TNA Tag Team Champions.
TNA Wrestling is bringing the Grizzled Young Veterans.
TNA shared a promotional video on Tuesday featuring The Grizzled Youth Veterans (Zack Gibson & James Drake), revealing that the duo will debut at Hard to Kill in 2024. Gibson & Drake announced that they are coming for the Impact Tag Team Titles.
Gibson said, “TNA has worked with veteran teams for many years. Some for the better and others for the worse.” “We may not be the veterans TNA is used to working with but I promise you that we are the Veterans TNA needs to work alongside to steer this ship in a positive direction. God knows that teams like The Rascalz and The ABC are not the right men to do the job.
The GYV will be joining TNA on January 13th. We are coming to TNA Tag Team Titles.
ABC (Ace Austin and Chris Bey) is the current Impact Tag Team Champion. The Rascalz, Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz are the other team mentioned by The Grizzled Young Veterans in their promo.
Gibson & Drake were free agents in October after leaving WWE. They had requested to be released from the company in April but their request was denied. They remained with WWE/NXT till their contracts expired.
The Grizzled Young Veterans were former NXT UK Tag Team Champions.
Hard to Kill will be held at the Palms Casino Resort, Las Vegas, on Saturday January 13. The name change of Impact Wrestling to TNA Wrestling will take place on Saturday, January 13.
