Another TNA star surprised viewers on Tuesday’s NXT.
Hammerstone appeared to challenge Oba in a match. The storyline was that Tony D’Angelo had paid him to take on the NXT North American champion. Femi still managed to defeat Hammerstone after a powerbomb.
Hammerstone is most well-known for his time in MLW. He was a former World Champion. He joined TNA after leaving MLW in the beginning of this year. There, he had a feud with Josh Alexander. Most recently, he competed in a TNA X Divison Ultimate X match that was won by Zachary Wentz. Zachary Wentz has also made appearances on NXT lately.
Jordynne grace, another TNA star, wrestled Sol Ruca on Tuesday in an open challenge for the TNA Knockouts Title. Rosemary Choo and Wendy Choo attacked the champion during that match.
