Goldberg, who appeared on 93.7 The Ticket at the weekend, said he had spoken with the company about the product but that it was “too cheesy.”
Goldberg said
I’ve talked to them many times in the past, but here’s the bluntest answer you’ll get from me: the product is too cheesy. It doesn’t deserve…I mean, whatever.
If there was an option that was comparable and viable as a competitor, which would allow me to look myself in mirror after I joined their roster, then yes, it would be considered but not a possibility.
Goldberg also made headlines in the last month when he criticized WWE for having Asuka end his undefeated streak by calling her “some Japanese girl.”
Asuka was the name of a Japanese girl. They praised her for having the longest winning streak. “It just so happened that this culminated when I arrived, right?” Goldberg said to Tim Green: “Nothing Left Unsaid.”
