Giulia chose to have surgery for her broken wrist.
The 30-year old sustained the injury just five minutes into Monday’s main event of Marigold fields Forever at Korakuen Hall. She revealed to Tokyo Sports recently that she was told that surgery would be the fastest way back for her.
Giulia was admitted on Monday to the hospital and her surgery has been scheduled for Tuesday.
“That day, I bent my arm in the opposite way, and as a consequence, I broke a rib.” “I was told that surgery was the fastest way to recover,” read a translation of Giulia’s comments.
In the article published by Tokyo Sports, it was stated that this was Giulia’s first hospitalization and first surgery.
Translation of her comments: “I will spend my time watching films and watching various professional wrestler videos for the very first time in a very long time.”

Giulia attended Marigold’s afternoon show and evening show in Tokyo on Sunday. She apologized to the fans for not being able to perform at the show and greeted them.
