GCW has made some changes to So High.
The promotion announced via X that Danhausen, Masha Slamovich, Joey Janela and Dark Sheik could not attend the event in Sauget on Friday due to travel issues. GCW announced in a post that the show at Pop’s Nightclub on Friday will feature a lineup.
On Friday, travel became a problem for many people as a massive IT outage caused primarily by cybersecurity company CloudStrike disrupted airline travel. GCW owner Brett Lauderdale had announced earlier in the day that GCW was experiencing travel problems as a result.
“Bad travel days for gcw,” wrote he. “Many cancellations and delays of flights, and system outages make it impossible to rebook passengers in time. Will announce changes to the tonites card soon.”
Max Caster, originally scheduled to appear at a Defy Event on Friday, announced via social media that he had to cancel due to travel problems.
