Fightful reported that Ethan Page is no longer with AEW and Ring of Honor.
The outlet reported that Page expressed a desire for a departure as early as this February. It’s not clear what prompted the request.
Page signed with AEW in March 2021 and made his debut at the Revolution pay per view in the Face of the Revolution match.
His most recent AEW match was a loss to Kenny Omega in early December 2023 on Collision, Montreal.
Page has wrestled since for the ROH Brand. His most recent bout was taped on 14th February of this year, in which he defeated Anthony Henry.
Page, in addition to his in ring career, is also the promoter of Canadian independent Alpha-1 Wrestling. The first shows since 2021 were held in February and March this year. Another event is set for May 19.
Page announced in 2013 that he was moving to the United States. He thanked AEW, who helped him obtain his green card and permanent resident status.
