Dralistico leaves Lucha Libre AAA to become independent in Mexico

In a post on social media, Dralistico announced Tuesday that he is no longer with AAA. He is now completely independent in Mexico. Dralistico remains under contract with AEW for the United States. Dralistico’s AEW contract was officially announced on November 1 after he was added to AEW’s roster page in October.

Dralistico thanked AAA, and left open the possibility of him competing for the promotion in the future.

Dralistico’s brother is AEW wrestler Rush, and WWE wrestler Dragon Lee. Dralistico and Lee were briefly AAA Tag Team Champions in December 2022.

Last month, Dralistico main evented AAA Guerra de Titanes in a loss to Mega Champion Dragon Lee.

In AEW Dralistico & Rush are a part of La Faccion Ingobernable. Dralistico & rush teamed up in a four way Tag Team title ladder at AEW Full Gear pay-per view in November. The match was won by Ricky Starks and Big Bill, who retained their titles.

Last week, Dralistico and Preston Vance defeated Angelico and Serpentico in Ring of Honor TV.
