Darby Allin delivers a post-show address following the return of AEW Dynamite in todays Wrestling news
Darby Allin and Bryan Danielson spoke after AEW Dynamite.
In a promo for the show, Allin admitted that he was not 100 percent because he still had a “little limp” and a nasal brace. However, he will be at Anarchy in the Arena to defend AEW’s honor. He then joked about getting hit in the face by a DaxHarwood spot.
Harwood had earlier in the segment mentioned that Cash Wheeler’s case of aggravated assault was dropped on Monday. The crowd was chanting, “he’s innocent” towards Wheeler.
Bryan Danielson thanked the Everett crowd for making him feel like a superstar in front of his dying father. He also said that they were the ones who got him to headline WrestleMania and made him look like a star when he went to his last show. They were there when he had to retire and will always be grateful. He said that they made him feel like Washington State God and that Darby Allin would be the next god after he leaves.
Allin returned to AEW after Dynamite to help FTR and Danielson fight off The Elite who jumped Harwood when he lost the main event to Kazuchika OKada. Allin was confirmed to replace Eddie Kingston at All In in the Anarchy match in the Arena.
