Cody Rhodes and Logan Paul to sign contract on next WWE SmackDown in todays Wrestling news
Cody Rhodes & Logan Paul’s King & Queen of the Ring match will be made official on Friday’s WWE SmackDown by a contract signing.
As announced on this week’s SmackDown, Paul, the WWE United States champion, and Rhodes, the Undisputed WWE Championship, will face off in Saudi Arabia, at King & Queen of the Ring, on Saturday, 25 May. The contract signing will take place during the Friday, 17th SmackDown episode.
Next week’s show will also feature four King & Queen of the Ring Quarterfinal bouts.
The quarterfinals of the King of the Ring Tournament will be held next week. Tama Tonga, the winner of the LA Knight vs. Santos Escobar match this weekend, will face the winner of the Carmelo Hayes vs. Randy Orton bout on the SmackDown side of the bracket.
The Queen of the Ring quarterfinals SmackDown bracket will see Nia Jax face Jade Cargill. Bianca Belair, meanwhile, will face the winner of the Tiffany Stratton vs. Michin bout this weekend on Friday’s SmackDown.
