CMLL wrestlers and Private Party vs. Top Flight confirmed at AEW Rampage in todays Wrestling news
The card for Friday is almost full.
This Friday’s AEW Rampage will feature the debut of several CMLL superstars, as well as a tag-team rematch.
Volador Jr., Mistico and Mascara Dorada will be involved in the match. This was first announced on Friday’s Rampage, and then expanded upon by a video package during Saturday’s Collision.
The bouts are a continuation of the CMLL/AEW relationship that began in October last year when Mistico made AEW’s debut against Rocky Romero.
After a confrontation behind the scenes at Friday’s Rampage, a rematch between Private Party vs Top Flight has also been confirmed.
Private Party’s first match after Marq Quen’s return from injury was earlier this month. Dante and Darius Martin were not happy with the way he and Isiah Kaassidy won their match, so they set up a second meeting.
Here’s the current Rampage lineup that will be taped after Dynamite this Wednesday in New Orleans:
- Private Party (Marq Quen & Isiah Kassidy) vs. Top Flight (Darius & Dante Martin)
- Volador Jr, Mistico, Mascara Dorada and Hechicero in action
