Brandi Rhodes claims that her fears about AEW became a reality.
She served as Chief Brand Officer of the company from its inception until her departure in early 2020. She told The Athletic recently that AEW had begun to drift away from what she thought was the original vision.
She said, “What I feared about that company I saw before my eyes.” “When you see things start to drift from the original plan and… i’ve seen it happen before, you start to think that this may not be as we thought.”
Cody Rhodes addressed Brandi’s time at AEW in an appearance on The MMA Hour this week. He said that he was upset by the way Brandi was treated when she left AEW.
“There are so, so many people who work at AEW that she was the only one who said their name. She was the (one) who wanted to keep them in when something went wrong. The way she was treated by the company after her departure still irritates me to this day.
Brandi owns and runs the Naked Mind Yoga & Pilates Studio located in Roswell, Georgia. The studio opened its doors in October, offering a variety classes for parents and childcare.
